Because PHARTS membership payments work by submitting an IOU—and because we can't imagine that any prospective member of PHARTS could possibly have any credit—through the miracle of modern technology, you can submit your marker directly to our Recruiting Department when you apply for membership with just a few clicks of the mouse.  No credit required!  And the only collateral we require are kneecaps, knuckles, and fingernails!
